…once a carpentry shop, then a bag and leather goods factory, it became a B&B in 2008—one of the first in the historic center of Bologna—and over the years it has become a landmark for all our guests, allowing them to easily reach every corner of Bologna on foot!

Welcome to our 3 rooms, cool in summer and warm in winter
We have three double rooms available, each with a private bathroom, two with air conditioning and heat pump, each equipped with a breakfast corner, kettle, coffee machine, water, snacks and welcome fruit.
Each room overlooks our private internal courtyard, where you will also find the entrance to our home.
You will find a handy city map with our personal suggestions for restaurants, evening outings, and unmissable events in the city!
During the day there is always someone at home available for a coffee, information or suggestions.
